See the ROVE RS2 in action.
A quick walkthrough of the RS2 in the field: the articulating probe, the 4.3″ live view, and how it gets where hands and phone cameras can't.
A 1080P eye in a 6.2 mm body.
True 1080P Full HD from a CMOS sensor with autofocus and a 90° field of view, delivering sharp visuals for accurate diagnostics. It catches the hairline cracks, leaks, and buildup that lower-resolution borescopes miss. Step-zoom from 1× through 2× and 4× without exiting frame.

True live view.
4.3″ IPS.
A 4.3-inch IPS panel gives you a vibrant real-time view of your inspection, with no phone, no app, and no Wi-Fi required. The wide-angle IPS technology shows true colors, so you can spot subtle corrosion, hairline cracks, and metal sheen the way your own eyes would.
- 4.3″ IPS panel
- True colors
- No phone required

A 4-hour battery.
Engineered for long sessions.
The 2600 mAh lithium cell is engineered for the way real technicians work: long inspection windows, fast USB-C top-ups between jobs, and no thermal throttling under load.
- 2600 mAh Li-ion
- Up to 4 h per charge
- USB-C rechargeable

A free 32 GB card.
Included.
Every RS2 ships with a ROVE INSPECT 32 GB microSD card pre-installed, so you can capture photos and 1080P video of your findings, save evidence of engine deposits, pipe blockages, or HVAC issues, and share them with clients without buying storage separately. Supports cards up to 64 GB.
- 32 GB included
- Up to 64 GB supported
- 1080P @ 30fps

Bend it. 180°.
Two ways.
The articulating tip flexes up to 180° in two directions, so you can navigate around corners (behind walls, inside engine cylinders, through complex plumbing bends) without tearing components down. The joint is cycle-tested to over 8,000 bends, built to keep working on the job.
- 180° range
- Two-way control
- 8,000+ bend cycles tested

6.2 mm
and nothing more.
Just 0.24 inches across, small enough for spark plug holes, clogged drains, and cylinder bore ports that have stopped other inspection cameras at the door. The semi-rigid gooseneck holds its shape for precise control through curves and behind components.
- 6.2 mm Ø (0.24″)
- Semi-rigid gooseneck
- IP67 rated

Six LEDs.
Tunable.
Six adjustable white LEDs ring the lens at the tip of the probe, with four brightness levels controlled from the body. Drop the brightness to read against a polished surface, or push to max for the darkest cavities.
- 6 LEDs at tip
- 4 brightness steps
- Adjustable from the body

Two body lights.
Both ends of the dark.
The probe lights light up what you're inspecting. The two LEDs on the handheld monitor act as a flashlight, lighting up everything else: the engine bay, the crawl space, the panel you're trying to reach behind.
- 2× monitor LEDs
- Flashlight mode
- One-hand toggle

1.6 metres of semi-rigid reach.
1.6 metres (5.25 ft) of semi-rigid gooseneck holds its shape under its own weight. Curl it into an exhaust manifold and it stays. Snake it down a wall cavity and it stays. The articulating joint is cycle-tested to thousands of bends.
- 1.6 m / 5.25 ft
- Semi-rigid
- One-handed operation

Built for the places you don't want to be.

IP67. Probe in.
Worry out.
The probe and gooseneck are rated for full submersion to 1 m for 30 minutes. Dust, oil, coolant, and drain water are just part of the job now.
- IP67 probe
- Sealed connectors
- Oil-resistant jacket

From 1× to 4×.
No detail spared.
Step-zoom from 1× through 2× and 4× without exiting frame. The same gear-cluster inspection, brought progressively closer so no detail slips past.

Anything else?
Does the ROVE RS2 Borescope work with my phone?
The RS2 is a self-contained handheld. It has its own 4.3″ display and storage, so it doesn't depend on a phone or tablet to operate. Offload media via USB-C or by removing the microSD card.
How long is the probe?
The RS2 ships with a 1.6 m (5.25 ft) semi-rigid gooseneck probe. The gooseneck holds its shape under its own weight so you can curl it into a manifold or snake it down a wall cavity and it stays put.
Is the whole device waterproof?
The 6.2 mm camera probe is rated IP67, built to handle wet pipes, fuel tanks, downspouts, and damp crawl spaces. The handheld monitor is not rated for submersion; keep it out of direct water.
What's the warranty?
Every RS2 ships with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, plus a 30-day no-questions return window.
How much storage does the RS2 include and what cards does it support?
Every kit ships with a 32 GB ROVE INSPECT microSD card pre-installed, and the RS2 supports microSDXC cards up to 64 GB.
Can I record video and audio?
Yes. 1080P MP4 video with integrated audio recording, plus JPEG stills. Recordings save directly to the microSD card and can be transferred over USB-C or by pulling the card.
How bright are the lights?
The probe tip has 6 LEDs with 4 adjustable brightness levels for inspecting dark cavities. Two additional LEDs on the handheld monitor act as a flashlight to light up the work area around the inspection point.
